"What do you do with 20,000 lbs of beeswax left over from our honey operations?" The question was asked and here is the answer we came up with: "Why you make your own line of natural beeswax candles of course! "
And so it started! Bee Natural Products has begun to produce Natural Beeswax Candles made from the bees wax left over from one of our bee keepers honey operations. Each candle is individually made from beeswax. We melt and filter the wax to remove as many impurities as possible, but the wax still contains all of the natural color and aroma that the bees give it! Each batch of wax is slightly different with its color and density determined by the bees that make the wax.
Bees wax candles can burn about 10 times longer than traditional wax candles. They also are virtually soot free and have a wonderful natural aroma. Our candles are grouped by weight and shape. All candles are made from bees wax only. The wicks we use are typically cotton braid for all candles except smaller candles that come in glass or metal containers. For the container candles we use a zinc cored cotton braid wick.

Typically these are candles with air bubbles or where separate pours created a noticeable adhesion lines. If you choose a to purchase one of those, all blemished candles are sold with a 25 % discount.
As with all candles, you should not leave any candle burning unattended. Please be sure to extinguish any candle prior to leaving the area where it is placed. Also, special care should be taken when children or pets are present. Both children and pets have natural curiosity and candles attract them. So please, take care of burning candles at all times, but especially around children and pets. Some of our candles come in containers. While infrequent, glass containers are known to crack with heat. Also, containers get hot, do not handle container until it has been allowed to cool. All candles should be placed on a dish to protect from dripping wax. While bees wax candles do burn practically drip free, there is still hot wax being melted by the flame.
